Price is $35, not negotiable

Long story short, it's on sale at Best Buy for $35, I thought I could use it so I picked it up, and don't need it. So, you can buy it from me for $35 if they sell out at that price at Best Buy, or I return it. It's not opened and I still have the receipt.

Obviously it doesn't matter to me where I get $35 from (you or best buy) but I thought some one on here might want it if it sells out for that price at Best Buy. No responses by Wednesday... I'll take it back.
