Please help us find our kitten!! Lost on April 10th on the street that he lives with us on: Brent Road in West Raleigh. Near Gorman St and Avent Ferry Rd. REWARD to the person/people that brings him back home safe and sound Back Story:We just adopted a 6 month old orange tabby from the Wake County Animal Shelter on April 7th.He is 6 months old, orange tabby. He has a black collar with white paws on it and a tag that has his name and my phone number. His name is “Sonny”. He is micro-chipped as well.He was lost tonight April 10, 2008 on Brent Road in Raleigh. We were carrying groceries into the house thinking the bedroom door was closed with Sonny in the bedroom. It was not closed. He slipped right past us but we could not catch him and he is not that familiar with us yet that he will be able to find his way home. He has been lost for about 6 hours as I write this. Our efforts to catch him failed as he slipped out the door and he seemed to disappear into the night. We walked all over the neighborhood looking for him to no avail. My boyfriend and I really care for Sonny and have gotten very attached to him in the few short days we have had him. We went to Petmsart and bought him all these cool toys and a self warming bed and I've cuddled with him like non stop since I got him. I have been crying since it has become apparent he is not going to come home by himself. He is very small and right now he lost and probably very scared. The shelter told me he had health problems as a small kitten and is still kinda weak. His former owner abandoned him on the side of the road. He deserves a good home and he has a great home with us. We are very responsible people and we have another cat that has been with us for two years and is safe and healthy. This was a total accident and we feel so terrible. I am totally in tears. When we get him this will never happen again, I'll double check everything before I open the damn door. Please Please if someone finds him call me immediately. I don't care what time of day or night it is. If I don't answer keep calling until I do. I always answer my phone unless I'm away from it for some reason but b/c of this situation I will keep my phone attached to my hip until we find himPhoto at http://www.myspace.com/surgeylords (the gallery is down right now for TWW - once it's back up I will put more pics in my gallery)My phone number is on his tag.

^TYVM for helping me with the photoAlso I wanted to let everyone know this ad worked. Someone on Brent Road saw it and saw my kitten and brought him home safe and sound. I've never been more happy! And this guy didn't even want the reward which was super sweet. I think my faith in humanity has been boosted a lot. And it goes to show TWW DOES work. Thanks everyone!
