What exactly ended up happening to the victim in the end? Did all of them beat her up, or did one or two of them do it, and the others just kind of stand around?

I heard she was knocked unconscious, but did she suffer any other serious injuries? I mean, if I was knocked unconscious by someone, I definitely wouldnt want them to spend 10-20 years in jail.

5 years may be too long.

I would say 1-2 years for the main attackers, a few months for the accomplices.

taping it shouldn't help them, but the case is actually in a legal corner because of it. Since the tape was distributed it causes some issues for jury selection and stuff, and the defense can (and certainly will) use technicalities associated with that to get the perpetrators off, which will certainly make the trial harder and longer.

the kidnapping charges are legitimate... the girl tries to leave on several occasions only to be blocked in. The guys in this instance should be charged with kidnapping as well since that was their role... make sure she doesn't leave or someone else doesn't come up.

from what i understand that video clip is only like the 2nd out of 5, the first beating was in the bedroom where they slammed her head against the wall and knocked her out. so i think the rest of the girls are a lot more involved, you just don't see it in that clip really.

and the kidnapping has to do with this:
