Sometimes I'll throw a bunch of food in the pantry together for dinner and it's great when I'm hungry, but then I see it the next morning and wonder what I was thinking.

my mom used to do some shit where she'd mix the two together and put it in the fridge

I've never had a problem reheating spaghetti.

Anything fried though is very difficult to reheat properly in a microwave. You have to use an oven/toaster oven.

I'm pretty much an expert at reheating food though.

i find most things besides pasta and some veggies hard to eat as leftovers. i get grossed out too easily by reheated food.

sushi has a 22 hour life.
if you get it say 8 pm on friday.
it's not gonna be good after 6pm saturday.

its my excuse to eat it again for lunch and not spend more $$

i had a delicious hodge podge of leftovers the other night

a handful of calamari
~3oz steak oscar, asparagus, and mashed taters
1 slice pizza with pesto, olive oil, artichoke, and feta with a side of marinara

I think the a lot of the problem here is some people don't know how to properly reheat certain types of food. Not everything is going to be good after reheating it in the microwave
