i know he has all of these records at tennessee and shit, but every UT game i watched this year, chris lofton didn't do anything.oh and wayne ellington. that guy has a good game every handful of times out, but he's still riding his hype from hs.[Edited on April 5, 2008 at 9:57 PM. Reason : .]

^^should have said something about his abnormally large eyes not being able to hold in his contacts
4/5/2008 9:56:43 PM
He might be overrated, but unfortunately now he will be back to break a lot of offensive ACC records since they didn't win it all. I honestly think them not winning makes them better next year..Fun to see Tyler all red and blushy right now though...
4/5/2008 10:05:24 PM
^ i'd rather have them not win it this year and take my chances next year.
4/5/2008 10:06:06 PM
Yeah... if I thought we had a team that could compete and UNC being worse next year would have mattered to us I would have rather had Lawson, Ellington and Hansbrough gone.. but since we are still going to suck donkey balls next year I'd like to see UNC [and Duke] lose this year.

i hear he's good at ping pong[Edited on April 5, 2008 at 10:09 PM. Reason : tyler]

hansbrough wasn't the reason unc lost
4/5/2008 10:10:29 PM
Of course he wasn't... Anyone with a brain knows Lawson played terrible tonight. It just makes people feel better to rag on Hansbrough[Edited on April 5, 2008 at 10:13 PM. Reason : i would be remiss if I didn't mention Deon Thompson's abominal interior defense too...]
4/5/2008 10:12:12 PM
yeah, i guess 6 of 13 shooting WAS the best UNC was able to muster...everyone else was worse (except greene who was also 6 of 13)so no, not his fault...he was the least shitty of them all the reason why they lost is because the refs didn't bend over backwards for travel-boy...none of that flailing shit worked as it does in the ACC...thus when they met an equally talented team, they got smoked[Edited on April 5, 2008 at 10:14 PM. So who's gone from Carolina for next year?My gut says Hansbrough will stay in Chapel Hill another year.
4/5/2008 10:14:50 PM
If I had to guess I'd say Quentin Thomas (obviously) and Ty Lawson... They should get everyone else back.Preseason #1 for the third straight year.
4/5/2008 10:16:09 PM
he's said that he's gonna stay if they didn't win the ncaa championship
4/5/2008 10:16:22 PM
4/5/2008 10:25:56 PM
of course Hansbrough will stay if he doesn't win an NCAA championship. its the only championship he will ever be able to get, so he might as well stay for it
4/5/2008 10:34:48 PM
hansbrough would stay no matter what. these four years are the most glorious his life will ever be (not a knock on him really, it's more glorious than my life will ever be as well) and he knows it.i think lawson's gone, and that's it. i don't think anyone else is good enough to jump early. i was talking w/ my roommates tonight, who's the last good nba player out of carolina? the most recent i can think of is vince carter, and that was a damn while ago. they have all of this talent every year that goes to the nba and then doesn't do anything. [to make it clear, i am aware that they completely kick our ass in recruiting, it's just food for thought]]
