Yeah I was like WTF when I looked up a train ride not too long ago. I was trying to save money/gas by taking the train but its pretty much cost prohibitive at this point.

last time i took it, it was like 2 years ago. but they did sell beer on the one that ran the whole east coast, pretty sure thats the carolinian. the piedmont just runs charlotte to raleigh and back daily. and theres no beer. but free sodas and chips and stuff. im not worried about drinking. i just really hate driving if i don't have to, especially right now
