Zaxby’s “Zax” Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup Heinz ketchup1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire saucelots of black pepperMix together the mayo, ketchup and garlic powder blending well.Add Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Cover surface of sauce with black pepper until just coated. Blend well.Repeat process covering surface of sauce with black pepper and stir until blended well.Refrigerate for at least two hours prior to use to allow the flavors to mingle.Just made some today, tastes even better than the real stuff I think.

Ingredients:2 cups Buttermilk baking mix1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese1/4 cup butter1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder2/3 cup MilkDirections:Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and cheese. Mix with wooden spoon, until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping Tbsp full onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.[Edited on March 27, 2008 at 11:17 PM.
