$950(plus utilities), if you saw the place you would understand! It is not Lake Park, no paper thing walls and what not. Only 5 years old. 20 foot vaulted ceilings. 3 bedroom/2 bath, it has a small deck and nice sized storage closet. There is a 2 inch concrete slab between floors, so no noise from below. It is on the top floor, so no noisy neighbors above. Wooded area located behind(view out the back), not backed up against another building.

It is off Lineberry in a community called Trailwood Heights. Great place to live, close to everything. Cat bus goes down Lineberry, and that could get you to campus. I usually drove to Gorman and parked there and took the NCSU bus.

I lived in this condo last year, it is indeed awesome for the price. Quiet and close to campus. Are cable and water still included in the rent?

1) Pets - Cool, please be house trained and not trying to start a small zoo. Refundable deposit and steam cleaning when you move out.
