Perhaps you don't know much about blackjack.

With the rule set at the Borgata in AC its a 0.53% house edge, so not much more than a cointoss.

i don't know about splitting, but you always double down on 11.

When you have a profitable split, you have to.

Or you're pushing the house edge even higher by playing statistically improperly.

When the odds are better to split, you should always split.

Like a 8,8 on a dealer 5 door.
