that pipe was X-PLODING at around 10 when i passed through that intersection. it was still there past 12. alot of water wasted, during these times of droughts.

I drove past there this morning and saw no signs of X-PLODED pipe. Granted, I was half-asleep as I always am while driving to work, but I think I would have seen a giant waterspout.
