I'm moving to Boston from may 12th-august 15th and I won't be able to move anything with me other than essential stuff.

So:
I REALLY like this place...
1BR 1st floor of Ivy Commons
Washer and Dryer
Full kitchen with all basic cooking pots/pans etc
queen sized bed
L shaped desk
Comfy chair and a half for living room
Big bedroom
walk in closet
bricked in Patio

Rent is $500/month
I just have RR 768k (which is capable of streaming standard def video from Fox/CBS) it's $20/month
Power has run $40ish but I haven't had the heat/AC on so I dunno how much extra that will be...
Also has a city bill that I have yet to receive

so they finally raised the price for that hole

I lived there for 3 years in one of those 1 bedroom apts.

Couldnt beat it for 450. Dont know about 500 though.

The Mexicans will still your license plate, as they did mine, so better bolt that shit down well

it's actually still 460....if you sign a lease for this fall it's gonna be 495.

nice place though, i lived in a 1BR there for about 6 months.

I haven't had any problems with Mexicans... The only people that I see on my side of things look like graduate students or professionals... it's been a very quiet place.

I don't rent from Ammonds Pitman (actually I'm a sublease myself)
