So I got a fantastic internship and need to find someone to take over my lease (*not* sublease, so you wont have to deal with that sort of thing.)
-Its for a private land lord, so you wont have to deal with Preiss.
-The other roommates never leave their room, so basically you would have the place to yourself.
-Biggish room, great bathroom (which I obsessively clean), Two big windows, landlord wants to put in new carpet. The room is painted best buy blue, which is a little obnoxious (you could paint over it at landlord's expense, I just choose to accept my fate of living in a blueberry)
-$300 plus electric (usually very cheap because people are never here) and cable/internet- if you choose. Cable is in my name right now, the other tenets pay me. If you arn't into TV, the complex offers an internet package per room for cheap.

*Must be a non smoker with either good credit or a cosigner with good credit
*Guy or girl, we have both living here already
*Cats are okay, dogs would probably be alright as long as they got along with the cat that already lives here (who usually is locked in its room)
*Can move in anytime after May 1st
