for less than half of a rotation. they were balanced with a weight near the top such that when they were bumped the weight would move down, causing the tire to "roll uphill"

we had to do rube goldberg for freshman design day. we simplified it until it was just plain dumb. no timing in it, only took like 2 seconds to do the task.
