At the airport this Monday I was surrounded by a sea of Carolina blue. It wasn't just that a whole team was sitting at the opposite gate, people at my gate and their gate who weren't athletic looking were all wearing Carolina stuff. I thought I had died and gone to hell. I saw two people wearing Duke(one was asian) and a dude decked out in a ECU cap and jacket.

One nerdy looking kid was wearing a State sweater so I sat down next to him. He proceeded to break out his PSP and sing along to whatever song was on it. To my right the fat man next to me on his blackberry declared he was staying at the Las Vegas Hilton and congratulated his friend on the Carolina game . . . both of them.

An eerie scene if I do say so myself.

^^^^ those schools were all going on spring break (it started this monday), which may be why you saw so many rolling out of the airport.

ncsu scheduled ours when practically no one had it.

I don't think your situation has anything to do with our school morale. You were at an airport very close to UNC, and you are shocked to see a lot of people wearing UNC stuff?? Now if you were on our campus and the same thing happened, then I would say there is a problem.

^ they also beat there major rival (presently) the day before, not to mention everyone I know wears their colors when there going out some were on a trip. Also spring break usually brings specials on cruises which some adults take up. In addition, some kids actually spend break with parents on cruises, trips, or at a resort place they may own.

It was red the monday before, as was I 95 and random stops along it, to bad the weather down in FL when I went was some ncstate shit, pretty chilly barely broke 70 and was below 60 one day.

^ in the past iirc it use to be ncsu, unc-w, and ecu (this year its unc/edu/ap st). I could be wrong but, but this year it was just ncsu and unc-w and apparently next year it might just be us alone

the bad job that NCSU sports are doing is making alot of noise and bringing us attention
so it will only benefit us in the future
