I have a HD from my old desktop whos mother board is fried. I got a laptop after this happened. I currently do not own another desktop. My question is...is there a way to hook up the HD from the desktop to my laptop so I can retreive all my data off of it?

If you have a bunch of other HDs from the olden days it might be worth your trouble to grab a hard drive enclosure.
