My department is having a research symposium but we need some furniture to make that happen comfortably. Mostly we need tables and chairs. Can we rent or borrow this stuff from NCSU? The event will be happening on campus, in a newly renovated building (which was renovated but has no furniture in the common areas...).

Any idea who I should talk to about getting some furniture for the night?

I'm pretty sure they do, I'm not sure how to go about it. Start with dining and see if they can point you in the right direction.
