I am looking for someone to take over the payments at College Inn. 590 a month including parking I believe and if not it is only 25 more dollars a month. PM me and let me know if you are interested I need someone for Middle of May to The end of the lease in July, I would be willing to pay half of May's rent.

^ from my previous experience with trying to get someone to sub-lease my college inn apt, its nearly impossible unless u lower the rent. most people told me they weren't gonna pay 560 a month for only 3 months..but maybe you'll have better luck.
