well, youre just dumb if you try to drive through between 630-930am or 330-630pm

i can make it from capitol hill to capitol blvd/downtown raleigh in right under 4 hours using 95->85->US1

Baltimore is 5-51/2 hrs with no traffic

85->1? is that way actually faster?

ive had better luck with 95->64 since they put in the knightdale bypass

depends on where in raleigh youre going

at night, on 85? you can FLY till you get to emporia, va

just have to watch for them 5-0's in the cuts (but fuck it, it's an out of state ticket anyway, DC tags son!)

and then there is zero traffic on US 1 at that time of night

since i usually am headed to downtown raleigh, US1 is faster for me

but if i was going to the P's house, it makes more sense for me to take 85->1->540 (cary)

it just really depends on your destination

I think you mean I-95 if you're going through Emporia. But yeah, Emporia is probably the biggest speed trap on I-95 the whole way from NY to Miami.

the exit for emporia is what i meant....like highway 58 on 85

What in the hell are you talking about, out of state? I got pulled in VA last year when driving home for Thanksgiving, got a nice 80 in a 65 ticket. And low and behold a few months later I get a letter from my insurance telling me my rates are going UP UP UP.
