I need a graphic artist skilled at laying out websites and flash. For the time, it's a contract position, but in exchange, I am willing to carve out a piece of my fully-licensed s-corporation and make said person a partner. But they must be absolutely 100% extraordinary in what they do.

I basically want to double the amount my company charges for websites, but in order to do so, we have to make a solid portfolio of absolutely fantastic designs.

I have a full time job in addition to running my company, and I have no problems with the interested person having a full time job (or full time student) as well. Until we can get the prices up, I don't see quitting the full time job.
