Alright TWW property owners and current tenants... I'm doing this as a favor for my younger sister and her friends who are just not having any luck searching for next year's dwellings at this point in the semester.

They are looking for a 3 bedroom house or townhouse with 2 or 3 bathrooms near campus. Needs to allow a dog that is big, but nonetheless harmless: housebroken and about the laziest thing I've ever seen so no chewing or anything. He pretty much just chills all day.

Anyone who owns a rental property or is living in one that will be up for grabs either this summer or closer to the start of the school year... let me know and I can hopefully help you go ahead and secure occupancy for the summer through next school year.

Any links to websites, listings, etc. would be great for the 'rents.

I'm looking close to Crabtree Mall Area, Edwards Mill or Duraleigh Road. I live in this area right now, and really like it.
