Anyone have any luck getting old oil stains out of a concrete driveway? I've tried 5-6 different products and non seem to work well (even with a powerwasher)... Almost at the point of giving up...any suggestions?

dude trust me...ncsukat is a female...she said pour a lot of it on the concrete and give it a few days to soak in and then you wait for a good 1 or 2 day rain(which is rare around here but anyways)

if it's not sealed, nothing is going to remove it. there are things that will lighten it up, but that's about it.

I used to pressure wash drives, muriatic acid works best then dawn the heck out of it. It still doesn't come completely clean but close, be careful though, the acid will actually eat a layer of concrete off it you leave it to long. Turns really white when you do that. Hope that helps. p.s. cover all skin and where a mask and goggles, burns the nose horrifically.

You're screwed. Concrete is porous. You can take the whole top layer off with a pressure washer and you'll still have a stain and a white ass spot that doesn't match the rest of the driveway. Maybe you could try to bleach it or something if it's that important to you or better yet just stain the whole driveway with one of those high falootin color patterns.

someone needs to invent some sort of machine that chemically treats the stain then pulls it out with vacuum. wonder if that would work at all.

like "Poo-B-Gone spray" from Envy
