We have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom house near NCSU. It's a large bedroom with private bath. The house is nice and open with 20ft ceilings. Rent is negotiable at $450. One of us might be willing to move into the big bedroom and you live in smaller bedroom with shared bath (rent $360).

No, we split the utilities. Over the last year they have averaged $85/mo/person.

Oh, lease ends in Aug or Sept, at which point we'll have the option of continuing it or moving out. This is our second year in this house.
