You're not going to get anyone to give you $1400 for that. The "after market air intake, headers and front sway bar" don't add anything to the value--actually, on a car that is as known for reliability as an Accord, they probably take away from it. You've got body damage. The paint is shot. It's a DX/base model. If it's an automatic, has the transmission ever been rebuilt? Yes, that engine will easily go over 200k, but automatic transmissions tend to have a finite lifespan.Did you keep up with the timing belt? That's a 60K job on a 4th gen Accord, so even if you did do it on schedule, you're looking at an expense in just 3000 miles.If anyone offers you $1000, hell, $800 take it and run.
