Off my now gone jeep cherokee.

it mounts to the factory rails, not the gutter rails. Very easily install with simple allen wrench.

Has the spare tire mounting kit with lock. I'll throw in the lock and key if you want.

Its black. 45"x60" dimensions. here's a pic. One bracket cracked but i had it professionally welded, good as new.
