I would think the amount financed would be about $27,048. This is the $25,800 with tax, tag, and typical doc fee. I used to sell cars and the amount financed number we showed would be that 27,048. Not sure where they got the 30,800 from. Also, this is assuming this is in NC

call a dealership in hawaii. they're still open

wat?

this shit is why I'd never buy a car from a dealer. They always try to screw you over. Some unsuspecting people will probably sign the documents without knowing.

Are you trading in a vehicle?
2/21/2008 11:22:07 PM
no vehicle will be traded in.

actually, that does look sheisty. You need to figure out what the price of the car is before the down payment. On that page, it looks like $30,749 dollar bux.[Edited on February 21, 2008 at 11:51 PM. Reason : ]

yea sounds bout right

yes the bottom line with "total sale price" is always going to reflect the total amount paid at the end of the loan with interest, ttt, downpayment etc....If you want to double check for yourself- download "vorton financial tools" pretty quick download and free... It will allow you to plug in all the numbers and lines and calculate to ensure ur not getting hit with any hidden fees.

there was also extended warranty and wheel/tire package purchased. i need to see if that plays a roll in all of this.

ok, well those numbers include the $3170 options added on. so that is kind of straitened out.but, they are still financing the car at 32500 (retail) instead of the 31800 that the car was agreed on (those numbers are before TTL). so in a way, they are still screwing with the buyer

Let us know which dealer is this, so we know not to go there.
2/22/2008 12:23:27 AM
ill wait til tomorrow after everything has been settled. dont want to shoot a dealer down. could just be an easy mistake (doubtful, but still)
2/22/2008 12:24:39 AM
tell them not to fuck around, or you're gonna post it on TWW. They potentially could lose more than 50,000 customers. (I'm just guessing on the number of registered users on here, probably too high)
2/22/2008 12:27:53 AM
it will get real if i tell them to mentioned TWW. haha
