It is pretty inexpensive ($665 a month) and has hardwood floors, big rooms, track lighting and other nice features. I am trying to find a tenant for this place ASAP as I am moving out of the area.

^ yes i know you can get a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath for a grand and pay much less per person, but you're not going to find JUST a 2 bedroom place for anything less than 600
