This camera is extremely easy to use and is in excellent condition - I just got a new one as a gift. It will include 2 rechargeable lithium ion batteries in addition to the camera, manual, software, wrist strap, charger, and cables. It was $250-$300 a couple of years ago when I bought it, so I'm not really sure what it's worth. Still a great camera - best REASONABLE offer takes it.
