there is an A, B, and C list of drivers...you select...2 A list drivers4 B list drivers2 C list driversnormally (other than daytona due to different qualifying) you pick these before qualifying...then before the race you can see where your drivers qualifiedthen pick 1 A, 2 B, and 1 C driver to start and earn points for your teamits like 90 pts to the winner and it goes down from there by 3 pts or so and a led lap gets a 10 pt bonus and the driver with the most laps led gets 20 bonus pts

Ok, so you pick those first couple of guys, find out how they qualify, and then pick one from there..? Sounds good to me, thanks for the info. I thought the 2/4/2 combination would be locked in for the entire year or something. I wanted to make sure that wasn't the case.

Got invited to play for the first time. Does anyone else participate? It's free. Any interest in starting a TWW group?

you also get a small bonus if any of your drivers qualifies in a top-4? spot...haven't played in a couple years, but I think if your driver is on the pole you get 10 points, 2nd fastest gets 5 points, 3rd fastest gets 3 points, 4th fastest gets 1 point...I might be off on the points, but I'm pretty sure you get those points just for having the drivers in your 2/4/2 lineup, regardless of if you actually run them in the 1/2/1 racein other words, even though you can't run Jimmy or Kyle more than 9 times each, you can have them in your 2/4/2 as many times as you want and get a small benefit from them winning poles or qualifying strong...but I think also once you've used your 9 starts, you no longer get that benefit[Edited on February 29, 2012 at 4:31 PM. Reason : v my friend was top-20 in the world about 7 weeks into the season a few years back]

reading the rules, even if you are out of starts, you can still get qualifying points if they are on your bench.
