Oh and the utilities package comes to around $70. And we have cute neighbors across the hall and on the second floor. AND the gym and pool across the street at UVillage is available for use. ...and I can give you my parking pass.

And you know what, I can even leave my super nice year-old bedroom furniture for an extra $450. That would include an off white dresser, mirror, and queensize headboard and footboard. They're engraved with holly leaves and are in great condition, only used since August.
