I got a PPC 6700 and I put windows mobile 6 on it. Since I've upgraded I'm not able to use the WLAN on it. So I want to roll back to windows mobile 5.. is that possible?

I was about to say, I have an HTC Athena/PPC-6700 from Alltel and ran the cooked ROM from PPC geeks. It ran just fine and I have fucking WLAN, as well as everything else. If they replaced the phone with another 6700, go to the site and cook that ROM. I've been running 6 for months and LOVE it.

Shadow is right. WM6 runs a lot better in my mind. You can customize the hell out of your setup. There are even several overclocking utilities that will push your processor to a much higher speed, which is VERY noticeable when your switching between programs.Overall it took a sluggish WM5 and replaced it with a super-customizeable and much more powerful WM6. Like a new phone and took me a couple hours max to get it setup and running like a wanted.
