I got my company awarded a nice residential HVAC project. 14,000 sq ft apt on the 7th floor of the Plaza hotel (occupies 3/4ths of the floor). Our accepted HVAC price was over $2,000,000. (temperature controls alone were $400k).

i would say nearly every custom bsmt home i do has a mech. room in the basement. don't know what they do for HVAC though
