Can't have cutouts on a Naturaly aspirated car or supercharged.NC requires a muffler, which is nice because a turbo counts as a muffler here.You can have a cutout after your cat and muffler [Edited on February 4, 2008 at 3:45 PM. Reason : This was my knowledge as of last year. Not totally sure.]

If you have a turbo and its after the cat the exhaust system is still legal even when the cut out is open so i don't see why a cut out wouldn't be legal. (Turbos count as mufflers.)Now if your dodging a cat, and you can do it at the flip of a switch do you really think the man is gonna let that fly?[Edited on February 4, 2008 at 3:46 PM.
