sometimes they're still sorta sticky in the middle, but not that often. i prefer rounds over the fries in the morning.

I get the fries because the rounds are consistently undercooked

they should be crispy, not soggy

I've never had a problem with the undercooked thing. I do prefer them to not be hockey pucks though, so maybe they are undercooked and just like them that way.
