HP dv2700t customized - $919 (no rebates or shipping or taxes)

- 14.1" WXGA HD (1280x800)
- Vista Home Premium (32-bit)
- Intel C2D T9300 (2.5ghz, 6mb cache, 800mhz FSB)
- 1gb DDR2 (2 DIMM)
- 128mb nVidia GeForce 8400M GS
- fingerprint reader
- webcam/mic
- Intel 4965AGN (a/b/g/n) and bluetooth
- 250gb 5400rpm SATA
- DVD+RW DL (with LightScribe)
- HP ExpressCard ATSC/NTSC tv tuner (with remote)
- 12-cell battery (~7 hours of life, supposedly)
- recovery Vista DVD

sound like a good deal? also, no payments for 90 days (well, i have 90 days to pay it off)

Vista -> Upgrade it to 2GB

^ yeah, that's the first order of business...they want $75 for an upgrade (2x1gb), but for $75, i can quite literally put 4gb in there if the right deal comes along...without a doubt, i can get a single 2gb stick of SODIMM
