Last year they were $375, utilities and cable included. If you went over a certain allowance on power though you have to pay the difference, it was usually like $15 or so per person. The property manager is a gigantic bitch. Oh an they only have 3 bedroom apartments.

i lived there for 2 years a while back, i dont remember the rates but im sure they changed anyways. they were pretty decent 3 bdrm places, bus stop out front of gorman n avent. i never had trouble with the mngmnt
