At home: clean the everlovin' shit out of the house. I'd probably even do things like re-caulk the tub, mend the new hole in the comforter, prep the various flower beds for spring, sweep the driveway, organize every single closet and room in the house
masturbate a whole lot
play with sketch up and do some color palettes for the kitchen
maybe do mock-ups of the entire house for remodeling
design the new master bath
clean off my dresser (seriously - it's a 3 to 4hr feat)
file all my financial papers that are currently living in two drawers of my desk
sew curtains




if only the internet at home went out:
some of the above, WRT the house, but not as much, because I'd work a whole fucking lot.

^No kidding. You should see me on vacation when there's no internet where we stay. We went to the beach for a week in may, and such was the case.

I just wanted to check my fucking email and upload some pictures, and I was going bonkers
I forget what I ended up doing. I don't think I ended up getting any internets. It helped that some of my IRL/online friends were there part of the time, so there was no need to IM them And my mom came down, so I didn't have to worry about missing an email from her.

my third year at state my computer gave out and I had no computer, let alone internet, for over a month. only time i got on was each day in the computer lab for about an hour.

worked on my jeep


at this point in time if i lost internet at work i'd shoot myself.

at home, i'd probably just watch movies. i also need an excuse to go the mall and get some new clothes so that could be it too.

sometimes when i'm doing homework i think about this scenario and wonder how much longer it would take me to do some tasks if i had to look up everything in the library's books.

and then i remember that there would be significantly less chance of distraction and it probably would even out.

I'd do all the things I have good intentions to do nights and weekends until the internets get in my way. Like:

-Clean the rooms that need a good cleaning, tidy up the 2 that got one recently
-Finish restocking my bookcases (I've had books boxed in the storage room since I moved in 5 months ago)
-Go through the last few still packed boxes, rebox the shit that I don't currently need since I no longer live alone, so I can finally be Fully Unpacked.
-Restring both guitars and actually sit down to play again, which I haven't done in a long time
-Work on cleaning up my primary PC (naming pictures, eliminating duplicate files, etc.)
-Go to the Gym more than once a week

maybe I need to impose a ban on myself so I can actually get some of this stuff done, as it clearly needs doing.
