the only time its ever okay to scream at the phone is to make the voice recognition software give you an operator. never realized it until my brother told me, but if you scream at it, it notices the change in volume and drops you out to a real person.

i bitched at time warner the other day (for the cablecard installer being 5 HOURS LATE, supposed to be here at 5 and showed up around 10:30... grr)
