i mean i never was threatened with rape or violence. but i sure didnt feel hardcore enough to be there.

actually the first time i was ever doomed to a whole night in jail, i got moved upstairs, and some dude with a FED jumpsuit on hooked me up with a blanket and some rolls of tp in a bag to use for a pillow. and i didnt even have to blow him!

he's very very likely in a federal prison right now. nice guy.

2 nights Halloween '04 in Greenville

2 in Charlotte March of '06

1 in Hoboken this past summer of '07


Never really scared while in there

the Greenville one was mainly people like me who fucked up on Halloween

The charlotte one was a little more rugged but nobody really stood out as a threat...I thought I was in really deep shit, enough that I might have to serve 2-3 months in there, but I underestimated my lawyer

Last time in Hoboken I didn't even have to put on a jumpsuit, just got put in a holding cell with my regular clothes on....only had to spend about 10 hours total in there

yeah the "funny" thing is that my highest bond ever was likely my quickest trip to jail. just because i brought a whole fucking gang with me to turn myself in. attorneys, bondsmen, venture capitalists etc -- i was in and out of raleigh in a morning.
