It's really good...

Whole wheat tortillas
Pizza sauce
skim milk mozzerella
black olives (or any other topping that isn't red meat)
and extra virgin olive oil

brush a thin later of olive oil on tortillas then
bake in over at 450 for about 13 mins or until it looks like it's done (I normally do about 10)

yeah you lost me at no red meat.

hamburger + pepperoni = good eating.

but the best pizza i've ever had was the original Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza from Pop's Pizza in Chapel Hill before they gayed it all up and changed the recipe.

30 calories
1g fat
0 Cholestoral

generally, tomato/pizza sauce may have around 14g of sugar per serving, so you gotta be careful about what kind you use

that pizza needs some steak or chicken (to op)

also throw on lots of veggies

[Edited on January 27, 2008 at 9:21 PM. Reason : make the sauce from scratch, and just becuase it is low cal, doesn't mean GOOD FOR YOU]

This weekend I made a homemade wholewheat dough, used some leftover sauce I made earlier in the week (roma tomatos, basil, onion, garlic, parm, olive oil (put in blender before using it this time)), mozzarella, parm, ny strip (cut into small strips (ha)), green peppers, red peppers, onions, tomatoes, and some oregano and basil. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
