so i've decided i'll just move in with my bf and sublease my apt. until i have more $$.- 1 bed / 1 bath (second floor apt)- walk-in closet-outdoor covered deck w/ outdoor closet- no towing policy, parking guaranteed- washer & dryer-dishwasher-fridge-microwave-kitchen table & chairs-desk-6 drawer dresser-nightstand-queen size bed-matching sofa & chairasking $460/mo. No utilities included, you won't need to start up service -- you can use mine but must pay bills. And I don't pay for internet because someone in my building didn't encrypt their wireless so i just use that.PM if interested.

yeah..i dont know. it costs a lot to start up service and i'm really kinda unsure about what to do. I've got 2k in credit cards to pay though.

well i'd guess your bf has power set up so you wouldnt have to pay that....i wouldnt put a liability out like that....what if you get someone you think is trustworthy but they stiff you on it? thats your credit... or what if yall are cool but then have an argument and something happens...just too much risk....2k in credit card debt isnt that bad imo...why dont you get a school loan(lower interest rates) and pay off the credit cards and throw them away.....plus i thought you had like 7 jobs anyways, i need to stop posting here...i hope i dont discourage people from asking you about it...you live at an awesome apt complex[Edited on January 27, 2008 at 7:03 PM. If I was you I would just figure what the utilities usually are and tack that on the rent. Otherwise you probably gonna get stuck paying the utility bills at some point.

If you're serious, pm me and I'll find out exact date.Water is billed bi-monthy and I've never paid more than $20. Elect varies but even in winter with the heat on It's been around $40/mo.
