3-5 seconds generally varying due to speed limits and state laws

depends on the light timings

most intersections are timed differently during different parts of the day and are often linked to each other

I hate people who slam on their brakes as soon as the lights turn yellow even though they were going to make it thru. Ended up running into the back of one of those people back in August.

Depends on the amount of traffic that flows down the road and onto that road, how many intersections there are, the distance between the intersections, some other things.

Not as much as you would think.

Some intersections have different timings during different times of the day.

Some signals are set up that if you hit the first green one going down a street, you can hit all of them if you travel at the right speed. Sometimes that speed is 5 to 10 mph slower than the speed of the road, sometimes it's faster than the posted speed limit.
