sure.i dont think you understand the traffic this site gets and how much possible revenue you could just sit back and colllect from advertising.i mean look at what nael has done.just sit back, let it run itself as it has for a few years, and open that check every month.

The site appraisal came in at around $148k, but I heard they got it a little under value. I'm thinking around $140k, but I'm not sure. Not bad considering ad revenues were around $40k per year at the time of the sale. That could easily bump up to $55k-$60k in the next year.
