i dont think you understand the traffic this site gets and how much possible revenue you could just sit back and colllect from advertising.

The site appraisal came in at around $148k, but I heard they got it a little under value. I'm thinking around $140k, but I'm not sure. Not bad considering ad revenues were around $40k per year at the time of the sale. That could easily bump up to $55k-$60k in the next year.
