damn thing fell on its side from a bit less than 2 feet up (onto carpet).

ran fine. this morning the whole screen was all discolored. hmmm

ive been meaning to do it, looks like i gotta make it happen.

someone find me a decent hard drive

its an IBM laptop, comes with the hard drive shock protection thingy. i clsoed the lid to it stays off, hopefully it will turn back on.

i think its a 60GB harddrive, or maybe 40.

maxtor had a 500 GB one for $80, but its expired. might use the one from work.

i want a new laptop. this might be toast.

wow. good thing i backed it up.

it was acting up tonight. kept on resetting itself. it might be toast.
