so I blew out my Innovate wideband o2 sensor a while back due to raw fuel exposure (flooded engine). You can get the part from Innovate or you can go to the VW dealership and get the sensor for a 1.8T. It's like $127 at Southern States... so for the hell of it I called Advance Auto Parts and they can get me the exact same bosch part for $52. I be t cost for them is like $20-30.That's a hell of a markup.

150%-200% is the standard dealer markup on parts.

I got a couple in the past from http://www.germanautoparts.com for 50 bucks a piece a year ago. I see that they have gone up to close to 60 now, though. They were Bosch # 0 258 007 057 (aftermarket 17014) and VW # 021-906-262-B.

well it's a good thing I called Advance because they had it listed on ebay and on innovate's website for like $78 + shipping, and I thought that was a good deal compared to the dealership. and yes it is 17014. that is exactly what I ordered.
