According to some of the dudes that work there his name is Phillip... but for some reason he goes by Carlo... and if he's not playing Wii he's sitting at a 360 listening to loud rap and playing some random japanese game.

Warning: Speaking to him will result in a long conversation in which he mumbles at you about things you almost certainly don't care about.
