you maybe eating more fat on your unhealthy diet which could help to produce more steroid hormones. With an increase in testosterone you would be aroused more.

When you eat healthy you could be increasing the amount of soy you eat, soy has some estrogenic properties which could decrease your libido

it depends on what you definie as "healthy." Are you believing the shit from the 80's about eating low fat? Cause, that's been proven dumb. One side effect of eating low fat, is low test. levels......low sex drive.........possible connection.........
