its actually sort of sad, if this guy was a vet...he may have some serious mental issues...i saw a lot of this in a previous job i had...they're super annoying but its not necessarily their fault when it stems from a veteran's background

this guy seems to have paranoid schizophrenia or something similar. what caught my eye was how similar his handwriting is to mine (all caps, and some of letters are written with the same motions)

not exactly - a shared public common area belonging to the _building_, yes, from a particular law firm, absolutely not. keep in mind the offices are rented per room in this building.
also note that this is not a federal offense, either, as this letter never went through any postal or shipping system...I fully intend on mailing it for him, after i tape it closed.


as you can also see here, the envelope was never sealed, so it can't be considered tampering.

you say you took it from a kitchenette of a law firm...i guess the kitchenette is a place for the patrons? not trying to be a dick, i don't think

I had a friend who suffered from schizophrenia who said this type of stuff all the time.

He thought a group of kids were out to get him and they had control of all the birds in our hometown via a group of speakers placed around the city. According to him, he had found and destroyed two of the speakers. The birds were watching all of his movements and they often "cawed" at him to notify people in the area of what he was doing.

Just like the guy who wrote those letters, everyone he saw and every bad thing that happened to him was the result of conspirators. He too was not blind and could see everything that was going on around him.

Sounds like this guy needs some meds.

i don't know why the pics are diff sizes
also, it's a dell a920 AIO that i pulled out of the closet just to scan this crap in
last, the letter was at one point soaked in liquid, and is very wrinkled/distressed
