I don't like all my mail together confusing things in the inbox. Its driving me nuts because I can't figure out how to move things from the inbox to like a folder!!!! Can you do this in Gmail??? and how, please???

go into settings

go to labels

make a label(its essentially a folder)

take any random email, check the box beside it...then go up to that actions pull down menu...then click that label

you will see a yellow box appear at the top that says labeled whatever...then you will see LEARN MORE or UNDO

click learn more and it will tell you all about labels

search requires typing, folders require clicking
