i do know they are both about finding the genes that cause antibiotic resistance in enterococcus and e. coli.

i'm good...but thanks! i was published in two articles when i worked at NIEHS in high school (summer intern program)

we tested smuckers jelly and saccharin on rats...apparently, if you inject them with half their weight of each product in question (not the jelly itself, some ingredient within, of course), they develop cancer

either way, i have the journals somewhere in my closet

hah, nothing better than seeing your name in print (with the exception of criminal records, etc).

my lab mate just won the international student competition at IETS this month. i was proud to say "those were my embryos he tested!"

i don't know if my own work will get a publication. guess it depends on how i can "sell" it. i'll just be happy to defend it and get my degree.

PS- yes, PCR is a BITCH. thank god i took that part out of my own study.
