he was most likely wasted, and he had a pretty severe head injury based on the amount of blood. i had never seen so much blood prior to this. i just went to my car, got my latex gloves and an emergency blanket, radioed for EMS and then tried to keep pressure on it and monitor vital signs till they got there to take over.

When cops arrest people and snap on the cuffs, I've seen on tv that they use a separate little key on the cuffs once the person has them on. Is this a locking mechanism or somethin?
